Woodhey have finally broken the strangle hold that St Monicas have had on the Sportshall Athletics crown. It was a fantastic effort by the whole team and they will now progress to the Greater Manchester finals to represent Bury.
Bikeability
The School Sports Partnership are now taking bookings for Bikeability courses starting in the new year. All courses are FREE to all schools in Bury.
Primary Sportshall
St Pauls and St Lukes won their respective cluster competitions on a busy night of Sportshall Athletics. Both will now progress to the Bury finals where they will compete for the opportunity to become town champions.
Bury Schools X-Country
Good luck to all of the pupils taking part in the Bury High School X-Country competition tomorrow at Heaton Park. There are boys and girls competitions for year 7, 8/9, and 10/11.
Sportshall Athletics
9 High Schools have signed up to this years Sportshall Athletics. The competition will take place across 2 sites with the eventual winner representing Bury at Sportscity, Manchester on the 9th on February.
